Biography

Cynthia Culp was born circa October 17, 1816, possibly in Greenup County, Kentucky, to presumed parents Hannah Cordelia Coher and Tilman Culp.[1]

Circa August 11, 1834, in Greenup County, Cynthia married George Comer.[2]
