Alice was the daughter of Daniel Currie and Alice Hooks Currie.[1] She was born in Magee Mississippi about 1868 [2]and sometime between 1920 when she lived with her brother James in Stone County Mississippi [3]and 1930 she moved to west Carrol Louisiana where she lived with her Nephew, Blaine Currie (her brother Daniel's son). Alice died in March of 1936 [4] and is buried the Forest Cemetery in the West Carroll Parish of Louisiana
