Curtis-12117 and Curtis-83 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same birth year, same wife

Curtis-4845 and Curtis-83 appear to represent the same person because: Similar birth details. From the sources I found, the first wife, and both children seem to belong to the same family. I'm not sure if the First Name Peter is correct. If there is doubt about that, it can be removed and, if appropriate, added as a research note. Thanks!
