Her husband Henry died from gastritis on 26 Jan 1913 at their home on Pinkerton Street in Belfast. Her sister Margaret was the informant and misreported his age as only 38 years old (instead of 46). [5] Regardless, they were both quite young. It's possible she remarried later.
Research Notes
Removed "Turtle" as another last name as there are currently no source documents to support another last name
While there was a Sarah McCormick who married a Samuel Turtle in Ireland, the marriage was in 1877. Far too early to have been her record
It's possible she died in 1943 if she didn't remarry. There is a burial plot at the Belfast City Cemetery on 16 Oct 1943 for a 78 year old Sarah McCormick who lived at 14 Tennyson Street in Belfast. Death record from GRO [6]
