Rebecca Cutter was born about April 20, 1709 in Woodbridge, Middlesex, New Jersey, daughter of Richard Cutter (1682–1756) and Mary Pike (1687–1721).[1]
Rebecca (20) married Ephraim Frazee (26) (born in 1703 in Elizabeth Town, New Jersey) in 1730 in New Jersey. Their known daughter was Hannah Frazee (1741–1826)
Rebecca died in Woodbridge Township, Middlesex.[1]
