Sir Henry Darcy was a member of the aristocracy in England.

Sir Henry Darcy (1539-aft 1592) was the 1st s. of Sir Arthur Darcy and bro. of Edward and Sir Francis.He m. (1) Catherine (d.1567), da. and h. of Sir Robert Tyrwhitt of Leighton Bromswold, s.p.; (2) Catherine, da. of Sir John Fermor†, wid. of Michael Pulteney of Misterton, Leics., 1da.

He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lymington 1601, and Middlesex in 1621 and 1628.
