Persis Doggett/Daggett was born May 1704. She was baptized at the First Church in Marshifield, Plymouth, Massachussetts Bay on June 4, 1704. She is the daughter of Thomas Doggett and Experience Ford.[1]
The Marshfield Town Records reports that on
In 1718 her grandfather's will left her with two ewe sheep.[1]
She married Benjamin Kent on October 31, 1723 in Marshfield.[1][2] Their children were:
Her husband Benjamin, a sea captain, died in or near Jamaica in 1748.
