According to WikiTree, I am related by blood* to the following people. (Note that WikiTree is crowd-sourced and not 100% reliable. I have not traced most of these for reasonableness, in some of those I have, I have seen definite impossibilities or implausibilities in some of the relationships listed. I have not done a lot of work to prove or disprove any of these. This should be considered more as a light amusement than anything firmly factual.)
* Or was indicated as related by blood at one time. WikiTree is constantly being edited so it is conceivable these relationships may not always hold true or may change on this site.
Subject to the caveats above, I am directly descended from Edward Doty (Wikipedia), on my dad's side. See relationship. He is my 11th-great grandfather.
I am directly descended from George Soule (Wikipedia), on my dad's side. George traveled as a manservant to Edward Winslow, and he signed the Mayflower Compact. See relationship. He is my 11th-great grandfather.
I am also separately cousins by blood to Dorothy (May) Bradford (William Bradford's wife during the voyage), also on my dad's side. Dorothy completed the voyage to the New World, but prior to settling at Plymouth, she fell overboard and drowned off of Provincetown, Mass. She does not have a Wikipedia entry, but is mentioned (and this story recounted) on William Bradford's Wikipedia entry. See relationship (7th cousins 10 removed).
I am cousins with Christopher Martin (Wikipedia), on my mom's side. Christopher was a leader of the non-religious persons on the Mayflower known as the "Strangers", and he signed the Mayflower Compact. See relationship (11th cousins 12 removed).
I am cousins with the More children, Elinor ("Ellen"), Jasper, Mary, and Richard More, on my mom's side. These children traveled to the New World without parents, as indentured servants. Ellen served under Edward Winslow, along with my 11th great grandfather, George Soule. Three of the four siblings died soon after arrival: Ellen (age 8) and Jasper (age 7), in Cape Cod Harbor prior to settling in Plymouth, and Mary (age 4), that first winter in Plymouth. Richard lived a long life, and his (Wikipedia) entry discusses all four children and the unhappy circumstances of their travel. See relationship to Richard. (Of course, the relationship to all four children is the same: 5th cousins 10 removed).
People I have checked and have not found a blood relationship to:
U.S. Presidents: 7: Andrew Jackson, 8: Martin Van Buren, 25: William McKinley, 28: Woodrow Wilson, 45: Donald Trump
Mayflower Passengers: All passengers listed on the WikiTree Mayflower Passenger List not mentioned above. This includes these numbers beginning with each listed letter: A (6), B (11-1), C (11), E (4), F (6), G (2), H (9-1), L (3), M (11-6), N (1), P (2), R (3), S (4-2), T (10-1) U (10, all of unknown surname and parentage), W (8-1).

Descended of Kings
Subject to the caveats above, I am a direct descendant of 6 Kings of England, spanning the House of Normandy, the House of Anjou, and the House of Plantagenet, who collectively reigned from 1066-1087, 1100-1135, and 1154-1307, starting with the Norman conquest of England. These are listed 1 through 6 from most recent to furthest back, below.
2. Before him, I am a direct descendant (at least four ways) of his father, Henry Plantagenet, of Winchester (Henry III) (1207-1272), King of England (1216-1272), Lord of Ireland, and Duke of Aquitane, the 9-year-old king (Wikipedia). On my Mom's side he is my 22nd-great grandfather through Edward I, also my 23rd-great grandfather through Henry III's son Edmund (which for some reason is the line WikiTree chooses to show here). On my dad's side he is my 25th-great grandfather through Henry III's son Edmund (See relationship to my paternal grandmother) (as well as my 26th-great grandfather along the royal line through Edward I).
3. Before him, I am a direct descendant (at least five ways) of his father, John Plantagenet (1166-1216), a.k.a. "John Lackland", a.k.a. John, King of England, a.k.a. "Soft Sword", King of England (1199-1216) (Wikipedia). On my mom's side, he is my 23rd-great grandfather along the above royal line through Henry III and Edward I, and my 24th-great grandfather through Edmund. On my dad's side he is my 25th-great grandfather through John's son Richard (as well as my 26th-great and 27th-great grandfather through Henry III). John is one step too far for WikiTree to show the relationship to me (there is a 25-generation limit), so here is the relationship of John, King of England to my maternal grandmother and the relationship of John, King of England to my paternal grandmother.
5. Before him, through Henry II's mother, Empress Matilda de Normandie, I am a direct descendant of her father, Henry (Henry I) Normandie (1068-1135) a.k.a. Henry Beauclerc, King of England (1100-1135). On my mom's side, he is my 26th-great and 27th-great grandfather, and on my dad's side, he is my 28th-great, 29th-great, and 30th-great grandfather.
6. Before him, I am a direct descendant of his father, Guillaume (William) Normandie (1028-1087), a.k.a. William the Conqueror, a.k.a. William the Bastard, King of the English (1066-1087), le Conquérant, duc d'Normandie (Wikipedia). On my mom's side, William the Conqueror is my 27th-great and 28th-great grandfather, and on my dad's side, he is my 29th-great, 30th-great, and 31st-great grandfather, through the above lines.
4a? Not to be passed over lightly, Empress Matilda herself, a.k.a. Empress Maude, reigned as Holy Roman Empress and Queen of the Romans (1114-1125) (Wikipedia), through her marriage to Holy Roman Emperor Henry V (Wikipedia), though I share no blood with him. Arguably, she was the first ever ruling Queen of England, for 7 months in 1141, but she was never crowned, so sadly we shan't count her. Variously through the above lines, she is my 25th-great, 26th-great, 27th-great, 28th-great, and 29th-great grandmother. Here is her relationship to my maternal grandmother's father.
This is my table of known ancestors, to 12 generations (to my 10th-great grandparents) as computed on 4 Feb 2017 (subject to the caveats above). Wikitable borrowed from Table of Known Ancestors. The idea was introduced in the G2G forums by Peter Roberts in this discussion.

Scott, Samuel Ham/Eliz Sherborne are the same people as the other pair. The tree I had uploaded here ended at that generation, but it is a match with what I already have. And Elizabeth's parents were both named Sherborne. If I have it straight, they were first cousins, once removed.
Hi, cousin! Some of those Hams really have a distressing lack of records. Plus there were so many of them and they intermarried and recycled given names. If I have them all straight, Samuel/Elizabeth Sherburne are my 5xGG. But I also have 8xGGF Samuel Ham with Elizabeth Sherburne Sloper. And a 4xGGF Samuel. They get confusing!
TYVM for the marriage date for Jacob and Betsy. I have never been able to find even that much.

I recently found out about the WikiTree through the AJ Jacobs' Global Family Reunion, which I will be attending in NYC on June 6. Some might question whether I can call myself a genealogist, as I have done little research on my own, but I have collected data from other family genealogists I have come into contact with, and I have 1266 people in my personal tree. I use The Master Genealogist v 9.05 (Gold).
