The association of New England immigrant John Tidd as the son of John Tidd and his wife, this Anna Agnes Dane has long been disputed by WikiTree collaborators and is not supported by reliable sources. The relationship of John Tidd to these parents is being severed (2021). See also G2G, What is the evidence for the origin and parents of John Tidd of Woburn?
Agnes was born about 1567. Agnes Dane ... She passed away about 1620.
Research Notes
Son John. A prior version of this profile reported her son John died "24 April 1656." This date of death is associated with the New England Immigrant, John Tidd. Reliable sources do not show that Agnes' son, John, was the man who immigrated to New England.

Hello, would you be able to determine which John Tidd she married? I already checked and the two John Tidd's won't be merged together due to different parents.
Dane-328 and Dane-170 appear to represent the same person because: Looks like the same person. Same husband. Same approx date of birth. Perhaps a merge of John Tidd may be necessary. Perhaps the date of death is off because one had found a record for a similar person. Might be interesting to look at each other's sources.
