Jane, daughter of James Daniel and Sarah Cocke, was born about 1787 in North Carolina[1] and may have died in Trigg County, Kentucky. She married William Hopson on 15 Mar 1806 at Person County, North Carolina.[2]
The 1810 census of Person County NC listed William Harron with 1 male 45+ (himself), 1 female 26-44 (wife Jane), and 4 slaves.[3]
The 1820 census of Person County NC listed William Hopson with 1 male 45+ (himself), 1 female 45+ (wife Jane), and 4 slaves.[4]
