Biography

She was the wife of Benjamin M. Holaday.

Modern Light, Oct. 31, 1901. Samira Holaday died at the home of her son, Henry, in Lyon Township.

Modern Light, Dec. 8, 1904 The remains of Henry Holliday's mother Samira Holliday, were removed from "Mulligan" farm and reburied in Green Lawn Cemetery last Monday.

Per the Cherokee County Genealogy Society; Mulligan should have been Mulliken farm.
