Biography
William and his twin brother George were born at the Brownsman Light on 14 Aug 1819 [1] [2] [3], and were baptised at Bamburgh on 18 Aug 1819[4]. He married Jane Downey at North Sunderland on 30 Oct 1840[5]. William died on Christmas Eve 1870[6].
