Biography
- Jessie was born in 1873. She was the daughter of William Darnell and Malinda Finch.[1] She married Russell Eugene Lowe in 1894 at Fayette Iowa[2] and they had at least three children: Ralph b.1895, Genevieve L. b.1903 and Ethel. Jessie passed away in 1945 at Kane Co, Ill [3][4]
