Born in Georgia and lived there for 28 years. Previously married to Troy Melvin Gable. Three children: Danna, Kim, and Troy. They were adopted by second husband in 1972 and last name changed to Allen. Married second husband, Richard Allen in 1969 and had one child: Jeffrey. Moved to Massachusetts in 1969 (lived there for 42 years). Worked in sales/marketing/branding administration for various companies before retiring in 2003. Moved to Florida in 2007.
JoAnn is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution through Groover (paternal side) and also United Daughters of the Confederacy through Bennett (maternal side).

I do not use My Heritage so I suggest you have a look on the G2G forum, there is a link in the message below from Mary. I am sure someone on there will be able to help with clear instructions so you can upload the GEDCOM.
