Cunningham 28 Feb 1782 York District, SC, b 1758 York District, SC, d 6 Mar 1783, son of Humphrey Cunningham and Rhoda Simeral; m (2) William Patterson 6 Dec 1786 Lincoln Co, TN; m (3) John Holmes c 1795; m (4) James Craig 17 Nov 1814 Maury Co, TN.
Thomas, b c 1770; d 14 Oct 1854 Williamson Co, TN; m Elizabeth (Betsy) Vance Davidson, b 1 Jul 1775, d 1843 Williamson Co, TN, daughter of William and Margaret (McConnell) Davidson; removed with parents to TN, settled on Harpeth River near present day Nashville (now Williamson County); Thomas declared a lunatic of Davidson Co, TN, in 1853, a year before he died; at the time he was "about 83 and in infirm health". October, 1851 - "Deposition of William M. Alexander - Thomas owned 100 acres in Davidson County and 200 acres in Williamson County and 15 slaves. Thomas was wasting his estate. Thomas was declared incompetent. Power of Attorney was given to Lazarus J. Alexander (son of William M. Alexander) of Davidson County, TN, in regard to the sale of Thomas Alexander's property. "Wm. M., son of Thomas, deceased, consents to probate by Isaac Ivy of Last Will and Testament of Thomas Alexander."[2]
Mary, b 4 Jul 1778 in NC; d 25 Jul 1869 Robertson Co, TN; m Robert A. Neill 14 Sep 1797 Buncombe Co, NC.
