Biography

He is noticed in Ferguson's work[1] in the Marriage Register of the Scots Brigade when he appears, as the father of the bride, in a contract of marriage, 20 January 1755, at Tournai, Belgium. then United Netherlands, between George Mackay, stated to be of Colonel Graham's company, and Rachael Davies, stated to be the lawful daughter of Richard Davies, stated to be a Corporal of Colonel Graham's Company. The witnesses to the contract were Sergeants Malcom Cooper and William Donaldson, both of the same company.
