On the day she expected to celebrate her ninetieth birthday, Mrs. Martha Anne Marsden was buried. Had she lived she would have reached her tenth decade yesterday, but last week she was suddenly stricken with the infirmities of age and she died Friday when seated in a chair at her home, 2702 Bernard street. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. George J. Kromer, rector of the Chapel of the Guardian Angel, and burial was in Western Cemetery.
