Also in household Edward Taylor age 21 a Servant. Father in Law: William Cocker GE 74, boarder James Morgan age 62 and Servant Sarah Jones age 17 of Staffordshire, England. Unable to find a spouse or children for Richard at this time. Found UK Chelsea Pensions Service Records 1760-1913 showing Richard dated 1921 was on the registry. New information April 1, 2014: Richard married Catherine Randolph in 1887 at St. Andrews, Wolverhampton, Stafford, England and had four children.
