In 1827 she married Alexander Bliss born Dec. 29, 1827 and had two children[1]
After Alexanders death Betsy Davis Bliss married George Bancroft in Boston, Suffolk, Mass.[2]on 16 Aug 1838.
George and Betsy Bancroft had a daughter, Susan Jackson Bancroft, born May 30, 1839, died in 1846.[3]
In the 1880 census, Elizabeth (age 76), Housekeeper, was the wife of George Bancroft in Newport, Newport, Rhode Island, United States.[4]
Elizabeth died 1885 in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Elizabeth's will passed probate on 14 May 1886 in District of Columbia, Washington, D.C., United States.[5]
