The Quaker record of William's marriage reads "William S. Perry of So. Kingston and Lois David of So. Kingston, having consent of parents" married 4d 7m 1821. Among the witnesses were Samuel Perry, John Dockray Jr., Cornell Munro, Preserved Davis, Mary Davis, and then a note: "The other witnesses names are omitted as unnecessary to be inserted here." He is called "Correspondent" on page 168 of the South Kingston Monthly Meeting minutes.
