1923-1941
After Alexander's death (and obviously sometime before hers) Flora moved to West Virginia. Her DC notes that she "lived with son". I know it wasn't with any of the older sons (David died in 1934, 1940 censuses located for James, Wiley & George.) That leaves the youngest son Cary. For some reason, I have not been able to find any records for Flora or Cary through this period.
