Biography

Catherine Davis was born in Molong, New South Wales during 1902. She was the daughter of Frederick George Davis & Sarah Maria Williams.[1]

Matthew Leo Townsend (aged 22) married Katherine Davis (age 17) in Parkes, New South Wales on 21 July 1920.[2] They had the following children:

  1. Keith Bertram Townsend, born 1920 in Parkes[3]
  2. Kevin Townsend, born 1921 in Parkes[4]
  3. Shirley Townsend b 1926

In 1928 Kathleen was declared bankrupt.[5]

Matthew & Catherine divorced in 1938.[6][7][8]

Peter George Swindle married Catherine Davis in Parkes, New South Wales during 1941.[9]

Catherine passed away in Parkes, New South Wales during 1971.[10]
