- 7 August 1785 William Davis to John Davis. L50 for 250 acres adjacent John Morrow (formerly John Spurgin's), William Davis & Henry Davis. Part of 500 acre State Grant. Witnesses: Alexander Morrow and Joseph Naill.
- 7 June 1803 John Davis to Josiah Spurgin. $611. for 150 acres adjacent Morrow, William Spurgin (formerly) & Henry Davis. It being the west part of a conveyance from William Davis to his son, this Grantor. Witnesses: Jessee Spurgin & Joseph Spurgin.
