Biography

Andrew Aaron Davis was ordained an Elder of the Freewill Baptist Church at Union Hill, Yell. Arkansas 1 Aug. 1896, credentials are recorded in Yell Co. Ark. Book A Page 475.

Occupation; Farmer.

Both parents of Andrew were born in Germany, according to the 1900 census, however earlier Census returns indicate that Andrew' s father born in Illinnios and his mother in Ohio or Indiana. It is possible that Andrew's ancestors orignated from Germany.

Marrage notes for Andrew and Cyntha had 13 children of which 7 were alive as of 1900.
