The marriage of Annie, the youngest daughter of Mrs. M. Day, of Thirroul, and the late William Day, of Appin, to Mr. Charles Errington, of Thirroul, was the occasion for the first nuptial mass in the new church of St. Michael and Mloua, Thirroul, on June 23rd. The marriage was solemnised by the Rev. Father Downie, in the presence of a large congregation. The bride, who was given, away by her brother, was beautifully dressed in a pale tint of apricot satin with an overdress of radium lace and the customary wreath and veil, and was attended by the Misses Alice and Phyllis McGoldrick, of Gwvnneiville, as bridesmaids. Mr. Alex. McGoldrick acted as best man. After the ceremony the nuptial mass was celebrated, during which the blessing of the church was bestowed on the happy couple. The reception was held at 'Cromer,' the residence of the bride's sister, Mrs. W. Bonrke. where the newlyweds received the felicitations of all present. The feature of the breakfast table. Which was beautifully decorated by Miss Mc Kinniery, of Campsie, was the wedlding cake made by the bride's mother. Mr. and Mrs. Errington intend living at Thirroul, and the best wishes of, all go out to them in their wedded life.
