Emma was born in 1895 in Alabama[1]. She was the daughter of Ambrose Day and Mary Woodham. In 1910 she was living with her family in Green Bay, Alabama[2].
In 1914 she married Jessie James Pope[3]. They had 2 children. In 1920 they were living in Carolina, Alabama[4]. In 1930-50 they were living n Andalusia, Alabama[5][6][7].
She passed away in 1992[8][9] and is buried in Babbie,Alabama[10]
