Biography

Ella's father George Shearn came from England and her mother, Mary Emily Wheeler, was born in Ohio. She married 1) William DeCoursey on 23 Sep 1880 at Coshocton, Ohio.[1] Their children are:

  • William, b.
  • Laura, b. 09 Jan 1889[2]

She married 2) Harry H. Hykes, son of Louis and Sarah (Wills) Hyke, on 30 Sep 1897 at Coshocton, Ohio.[3] Their children are:

  • Ferol
  • Marion

Ella and Harry moved to Stark County, Ohio in later years.
