Decatur, IL Weekly Republican Jan 14, 1897 Obit. Patrick DeCourcy died of influenza at 10 o'clock this morning at his home, No 1384 East Eldorado street, aged 76 years. The deceased was well known in Decatur, having lived In the city for the past 48 years. He was employed by tbe Wabash as a foreman for a number of years but retired from active service eleven years ago. He leaves a wife and six children, Mrs. Lewis F Skelly, wife of ex-city clerk,and John and P.R. DeCourcy of Houston, Texas, and May, Kate and Alice DeCourcy. ^[1]
