Thomas F. DeCoursey was born in Dec 1867 in Tioga, Pennsylvania, United States, son of James A. DeCoursey (1838–1905) and Margaret A. Rogers (1848–1929).[1]
Thomas had a sister, Celia DeCoursey (1875– ).
Thomas (27) married Catherine Skelley (24) (born in Mar 1871 in Pennsylvania) on 25 Oct 1895 in Tioga.[2] Their known son was James DeCoursey (1896– ).
