Biography
Avarilla was born in 1746 in Edgecomb County, Province of North Carolina. Her parents were Samuel Deloach and Mary Boykin. Her father made his will in January of 1764. Avarilla was named as an heir in that will.
Her mother died in 1773. Her mother made her last will in January of that year. Avarilla is named as a legatee and heir in that will. Avarilla was married at that time.
Avarilla was married to Richard Ruffin in North Carolina. Her brother William was married to Purity Ruffin, sister to Richard.
