Biography

Willempje Teunisz de Metselaer, daughter of Teunis de Metselaer and Egbertine Egbertse, was born in 1661 in Beverwyck, Nieuw Nederland (after 1664 known as Albany, New York).

The list of "Names of the Members of the Church of Jesus Christ at New Albany, at the End of the Year 1683, and Afterward" includes "Wilmje Teunisz, now Bratt." ^[1]

Willempje Teunisz de Metselaer ^[2] died, 1 October 1743 and was buried in the Church Yard Cemetery. 1743 10/1 Brat, Willempie ^{[3] [4]}
