Harold Decker served in the United States Army in the Vietnam War

During the Vietnam War he honorably served in the U. S. Army from 1967 to 1970. In Vietnam he served as a helicopter pilot, earning the Vietnam Service Medal, the M-14 Expert Medal. Surviving are two brothers, Donald R. Decker and Alan L. Decker (Joy), both of Centre Hall.
