Military Service: Drury Dees served in the War of 1812 as a Private from Pulaski County, GA as shown by a card in the GA Department of Archives, Rhodes Hall, in Atlanta, as follows: "Durry Dees, Priv. Capt. Allen Tooke's Co. August 23 - September 2, 1813 Pulaski County, GA."
