Robert Félix Victor Delaunay, son of Georges Louis Delaunay, 30 and Berthe Félicie de Rose, 23, was born on 12 April 1885 at number 10 rue Nouvelle-Boissière in Paris (16th arrondissement)[1].
He married Sarah Stern on 15 November 1910 in Paris (6th arrondissement)[1][2].
