Thomas was born in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. He was the son of Michael and Mary Deloach. He was born before 1710. He received grants aggregating 690 acres in Isle of Wight County, between the year 1710 and 1746. His will was dated 26 October of 1747 and was probated 9 June 1748
His will is recorded in Will Book 5 and page 117 and was made 26 October 1747 and probated 9 June 1748 and mentions his children,

IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
I, Thomas Deloch of Isle of Wight County, being Weak of Body but of
Sound Mind and perfect Memory, make this my last Will and Testament and make
all others heretofore made by me Void. First and principally, I commit my
Soul to God who gave it; and 1ndly my Body to the Earth from whence it came to
be decently Burried by my Executors who shall be hereafter named. 3rdly for
what Estate it pleased God to possess me of I dispose of in manner following.
Viz.
IMP I give and Bequeath to my Son Samuel Deloch all that part of my Estate I possessed him of in my life Time and Twenty Shillings Current Money to be paid him by my Executors and his Heirs forever.
ITEM. I give and Bequeath to my Son Thomas Deloch all that part of my Estate I possessed him of in my lifetime, and twenty Shillings Current Money to be paid him by my Executors and to his Heirs forever.
ITEM. I give and Bequeath to my Son William Deloch the plantation whereon I now life together with the plantation whereon he now lives, and all my Lands adjoining the two plantations that I'm possessed of to him and his Heirs forever.
I further give unto my Son William Deloch my Still and my Negros Cupid, Dick, Judy, Beck, Kate & Harry, and all that part of my Estate he is already possessed with to him and his Heirs forever.
ITEM I give and Bequeath unto my Son Solomon Deloch the plantation whereon he now lives, and that I purchased of John Robertson; and all the Estate he is now possessed of together with my Negros, James, Patt, Janey, Joyce and Lucy, which I give to my said Son and to his Heirs forever.
ITEM. I give to my Grand-son Richard Deloch five head of Cattle, and to his Heirs forever.
AND my Will and Desire is that after my Debts and Funeral Expenses is paid, that the Remainder of my Estate let it be of what Nature or kind soever be equally Divided between my Sons William and Solomon Deloch.
AND LASTLY, I do appoint my Sons William and Solomon Deloch my whole and sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS whereof I do hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 26th day of October, 1747. His THOMAS T. DELOCH (Seal) Mark SIGNED Sealed and Delivered

At a Court held for Isle of Wight County June 9th, 1748, The last Will and Testament of Thomas Deloch Deceased was presented in Court by William Deloch and Solomon Deloch the Executors therein named who made Oath thereto; and being proved by the Oath of Joseph Gray, Gent. And Robert Booth the Witnesses thereto is Ordered to be Recorded.
