A wedding in which considerable interest was evinced locally was celebrated in St. John's Anglican Church, Coff's Harbor, on Tuesday afternoon, when Mr. Thomas Dent (of the auctioneering firm of McLean, McKay and Dent), son of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Dent, late of Peak Hill, and Miss Millie Knight, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Knight. Coff's Harbor, were married by the Rev. F. Hart. As the party entered the church a guard of honor was- formed by eight returned soldiers, who appeared in uniform. The bride was given away by her father, and looked charming in a dress of white crepe de chine, trimmed with shadow lace and pearls. She also wore a brooch set with the bridegroom's regimental colors. Miss Ella Hawdon acted as bridesmaid, and was neatly attired in a dress of shell pink crepe de chine. Mr. C.
