Biography
Edwin Archibald Dickens was born on 8 September 1882 [1] in Macclesfield, Cheshire, England [2] the son of Edwin Dickens and Julia Dickens, [3]
He was baptised on 5 November 1882 in St Michael's church, Macclesfield.[3]
In 1911 he was living with his wife and 3 month old daughter at 14 Gorsefield Road, Birkenhead, Cheshire. He was an elementary school teacher. [2]
In 1939 he was recorded in Gledrid House, Chirk, Oswestry, Shropshire. He was a headmaster of a school. [1]
Edwin died on 9 April 1948 in Prenton, Cheshire. [4]
