Benjamin was born on 11 October 1729 in Hatfield, Massachusetts Bay Colony. Benjamin was the child of Ebenezer Dickinson and Sarah Denslow.[1]
Benjamin wrote his will on 24 August 1790. His will was probated on 1 November 1791, New Haven, Connecticut.[2]
