FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. IDA ZWIENER, SUNDAY, AT COLUMBUS
Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Dietrich Zwiener, 82, who expired in a Columbus hospital, were held Sunday at Columbus, with the Rev. W. A. Flachmeier, Lutheran pastor there, officiating Interment was in the Odd Fellows' Cemetery.
Pall bearers included Willie Miekow, R. L. Hastedt, Henry Buescher, Bennet Hastings, S. K. Seymore, Jr. and Henry J. Laas of Weimar.
The deceased was a native of Fayette county, having been born in Fayetteville, but had spent the major portion of her life in Columbus.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Auerbach and Mrs. Charles B. Stafford of Columbus; two sons, Chas. Zwiener of Austin and Dr. Leon Zwiener of Fredericksburg; a brother, William Dietrich of Cleburne and a sister, Mrs. Isolde Zapp of Houston.
Funeral arrangements were under direction of the Columbus Funeral Home, managed by Preston K. Shatto. Weimar Mercury, April 28, 1939
