I typed what I could read. I believe Cloyd M is the same as Merton C. Diller based on the rest of the probate papers I copied. I didn't copy the entire case, but did print the next of kin. They are listed below the will. --Christina

In the name of the Benevolent Father of All,

I, Samuel A. Diller of Kenmore, Summit Co. Ohio do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

1st I wish all my real estate property sold to my Executor and after all debts and expenses are paid and a common marker be placed at the graves of my wife Sarah E. Diller and myself, the balance be divided equally between my seven children Elmera M. Williams (?), Ada A. Streby, Cloyd M. Diller, Alvin C. Diller, Harry L. Diller, Elmer F. Diller, and Orrin G. Diller.If any of my children should die before this is executed their share to be divided equally between their children.

2nd I wish that all household goods (illegible) to be sold or divided equally between the seven children as my Executor may think just and right.Any presents given to us during our lifetime, I wish restored to the giver with our thanks and appreciations of their kindness.

3rd I do hereby nominate and appoint my sons Harry L. Diller, Alvin C. Diller, and Orrin G. Diller as Executors of my last will and testament.I hereby also authorize and enforce? my Executors to sell or divide all real estate or personal property I may own at the time of my demise and deeds to perchasers? to execute, acknowledge and deliver, in fee simple.

4th I desire there be no appraisement of property and that on bonds be required of the Executors and that the Court of Probate direct the omission of the same in persuance of the statute?.

In Testamoney here I have hereonto set my hand and seal this 21st day of February in the year 1917. Samuel A. Diller (seal)
