We need to make a few corrections. 1) The man has one father with one name. Is it Adam Elias or Johnsses Elias? The Last Name at Birth field is for only one name. Choose the name on his formal documents at birth and add the other one to the Other Names field. This will require the Profile Manager to change the Last Name at Birth. If it is unknown, the father's field is left blank and both possible names are discussed in the biography narrative with an explanation of why there is uncertainty and how these two became the likely possibilities. 2) It looks like this man's father has need of name clean up as well.
