He IS NOT the son of Thomas Dillon & Elizabeth Shaw. They lived in Bucks Co. PA-as did their kids. This Moses-his Quaker records at Ancestry are in Fayette County, PA.

But the proof of his not being the son of Thomas & Elizabeth is the following- Bridget Dillon of Plumstead, Bucks Co. PA m. to Robert Smith died in 1806 & her will is at Ancestry-https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/8802/images/005534529_00500?treeid=108090266&personid=260073785759&usePUB=true&_phsrc=qwK5093&_phstart=successSource&usePUBJs=true&pId=3639028

In her will Bridget Dillon Smith leaves money to her brother Thomas Dillon(married to Elizabeth Shaw), his son Moses Dillon & Moses' daughter Rachel Baker. Your Moses Dillon didn't have a daughter Rachel.
