Dimick-179 and Dimmick-142 appear to represent the same person because: Although there are still inconsistencies between the 2 profiles, I think they represent the same person.

Comment: Nathan Robinson and Patty Dimock were married during 1789 in Durham, Connecticut. They removed to Paris, New York in 1794 where Patty died in 1802. The source below supports the marriage date.

The 1794 date they removed to New York source record can be found in the "Excerpt from "Spelman Genealogy - The English Ancestry and American Descendants of Richard Spelman of Middletown, Connecticut 1700; by Fannie Cooley Williams Barbour - 1910, Page 166". Therefore it can be inferred that they were married in Durham, Connecticut.

Dimmick-142 and Dimick-179 do not represent the same person because: Some work needs to be done on the siblings. WikiTree is not letting the merge continue because the siblings births are too close together.

The error message is not concerning any of the siblings: It is because the two profiles for Patty have different birth dates. She was born on the 4th, and christened on the 7th. If you change her birthdate to the 4th, it’ll go through. I’ve posted extensive bio with sources confirming birth, christening, and death dates and the correct spelling of her name. Thanks!
