Henry Edward Dingle was born in Fowey, Cornwall, and his birth was registered in St Austell, Cornwall in the fourth quarter of 1890[1] He was the son of William Dingle.
At the time of the 1891 England and Wales Census, William, Hannah, Emma Jane, Wm Thos Dingle, Martha Ann, and Henry Edwd Dingle were listed as living in Fowey[2].
At the time of the 1901 England and Wales Census, William H., Hannah M., Emma Jane, William John, Martha Ann, Henry Edward, Dorothy Mary, Richard W., Alfred George, William, Fredrick C., and Mooi Dingle were listed as living in Fowey, Cornwall[3].
