Winifred was born in 1890. She is the daughter of James Dinsey and Rosa Page.

She married James Buchanan in Murwillumbah NSw in 1911 and there were 3 children born to 1918.

She remarried in Sydney in 1945 to William Watkins.

She died in Gladesville, NSW in 1978.
