Thomas was born 10 August, 1851 in Ontario, Canada. [1]
Thomas Dinsmore married Annie Bell, daughter of John and Eleanor Bell, on October 21st 1874 in Blanshard, Perth. [2] They lived in Blanshard in 1881. [3]
Thomas went to the United States in 1896 with Annie following in 1897 and in 1900 the family were farming in Mount Pleasant, South Dakota. By then, they had three children. [4] In 1905, they were still there. [5] Annie died in 1907.
Thomas went to Alberta, farming with his son Maitland in township 11, range 7, West of the 4th meridian, near Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada in 1911, 1916 and 1921. [6][7][8] Thomas died 4 Jan 1937 in Medicine Hat, Alberta. [9] He was buried in Hillside Cemetery, Medicine Hat. [10]
