Biography

Elizabeth Dixson was born in 1718 to William and Hannah (Hollingsworth) Dixson. If the following will abstract is indeed for her mother, Elizabeth married a Mr. Underwood and was alive in 1777:

Hannah Dixson. Chris. Hd. Jan. 6, 1777. Jan. 18, 1777. K. 340. Daughters, Ann Wilson and Elizabeth Underwood; son, William; granddaughters, Hannah Dixson and Elizabeth Jemison, son-in-law, Nathaniel Smith; dau.-in-law, Elinor Dixson, grandson, Thomas Dixson. Exc. son-in-law Thomas Wilson.[1]

Dixon-4578 and Dixon-1155 are not ready to be merged because: These are absolutely the same people! They both have the same parents and spouse. One of them (probably the one I introduced w/ my original GEDCOM import) has the wrong birth/death dates. Once the correct dates can be proven, these should be merged.
