Biography
Grace was born on 12 May 1885 in Great Ayton, Yorkshire, England[1][2]
Grace was a Quaker, and went to Ackworth School.[3]
Grace's marriage was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1911 in the Ulverston district.[4], though they married at the Quaker Meeting, Colthouse, Lancashire. Her family was living at Far Sawrey at the time.
They went on to have three children: Leonard, William and Nancy.
She died on 1 Jul 1975 at "Ryecroft", Manor Park Road, Glossop, where she was living with her daughter Nan, and son-in-law Joe Scott.[1][5][6]
