Frances (Dobbins) Womack was a South Carolina colonist.

Frances Dobbins was born about 1773 in York County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of William Dobbins and Susanna Collins. She passed away about 1863 in Rutherford County, North Carolina and is buried in Anderson Womack Family Cemetery, near Wall's Church, Rutherford County, North Carolina.[1]
