Eldest son of the late Roy and Sadie Lilly Dobbins.

Todd was a graduate of Hinton High School and was one of the “Huffman Boys”, playing football for Coach Stan Huffman. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean era and was a retired clerk and storekeeper for the C&O Railway Company in Hinton. Todd was a founding member of the Bluestone Boat Club and a member of the Hinton Rescue Squad for many years. Todd was a 50 year member of the Hinton Masonic Lodge #62 AF&AM, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Hinton.

He was a U.S. Army veteran. *

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Irene Dobbins and two brothers, Clarence E. (Snook) Dobbins and Roy L. (Bud) Dobbins.
